The City of Heilbronn provides a welcome package for students, who register in Heilbronn for the first time with their main residence. This application does not replace registration at the Citizens’ Registration Office.

Conditions of participation an information

1. Every year, the city of Heilbronn raffles off specially designed city bikes among the students who receive a welcome package.

2. The welcome package includes a participation card, which must be completed and received at the address provided by November 30th (the date of the postmark applies). The raffle takes place at the beginning of December. Participation tickets that are not received on time will be taken into account in the raffle the following year. Participation cards may not be passed on to third parties.

3. Since the bikes are custom-made, the bikes will be issued in the spring of the following year.

4. The winners will be notified in writing or by email and informed about the distribution modalities and collection times. The bike can only be handed over if you are still registered with your main residence in Heilbronn on the day of handover.

5. Cash payment or exchange of a bike are excluded. No guarantee is given. Legal recourse is excluded.

6. There is no legal right to the realisation of the raffle.

7. The participant data will be stored by Heilbronn Marketing GmbH exclusively for the purpose of organising the bike raffle and, if necessary, checked by the registration authority.
